Most Machine empires are probably still stronger but they really need to be nerfed. This is a massive bonus. The Lifespan bonus isn't really 50 years because your leaders start older but it is still about a 20 year bonus which is really all you need because by the time they start dying from old age you will likely have found ways to increase their lifespan even further.
The Army Health doesn't matter much in Stellaris but I'm not complaining. Research is always important and in this build you will very rapidly increase your Population and depending on your start you will either add 1 or 2 very early research labs. Seeing as you want your Rocks working only as Specialists or Rulers there aren't that many traits you can choose from. One potential other choice would be Charismatic but we have a better solution to generate Amenities. This is very very powerful and we will get back to this later.
You don't want your pops doing worker jobs and Armies don't matter in Stellaris so this is a free trait. Lots of Minerals early is very important for this build.
Egalitarian is only really chosen so you can later access Utopian Living which is too powerful to pass on with such a fast growing Build like this. Shifting Ethics is too difficult in Stellaris right now so you really have to chose the Ethics you want to end up with.
Xenophobe lets you be Egalitarian and still use Slaves. You also get access to Livestock which can be a very effective way to deal with excess Pops you will pick up. Militarist gives you access to the No Retreat War Doctrine something you absolutely need if pursuing early aggression.
Syncretic Evolution gives you the extra species with the Servile trait. Having specialized worker pops really helps you hit the ground running. Having specialized Mining pops now really pays off and you will be swimming in Minerals very quickly. It is important to do this right away because after the first month its difficult to get Crime high enough to do this.
Next start building a Science ship in your Shipyard. Then go to the Ship Designer and create a new Corvette design that is completely empty. Get your ships to upgrade to your new design after the Science ship is finished giving you Alloys.

I intend to get Psionic Ascension ASAP, which will give an eventual research and energy boost anyway, but stacking that with Intelligent and Thrifty is tempting.

Secondly, it is impossible to change Citizenship species rights for either uploaded or built synths, all valid options appear selectable default is Full Citizenship, with Residence, etc available but do nothing when selected but trigger the year cooldown.
Thirdly, military service, population controls yes, synths have thoseand colonization rights all behave the same as Citizenship does. The ONLY two things that work are living standards and migration controls. It's been forever since the release of Synthetic Dawn! How is this still broken?! There's this cool even where, if you don't have an Imperial government when you get a Chosen One, you can enshrine them as god-emperor, and your civics and whatnot shift for free.
This got me to thinking though: there should be civics related to ascension perks. In particular, Psionics has some really neat possibilities with….

Does synthetic evolution make everybody else hate you? I made my empire as a materealistic empire without the intend of changing my species to synthetic but after seeing the boosts synthetics has to everything i decided to go down that path, i can now finally get it im in year and endgame crisis has not spawned yet In my galaxy there is a big federation that has pretty much all empires and when 2 other big empires, everyone likes my empire and that has given me a lot of time to become an economic powerhouse in my galaxy and only the federation has a bigger fleet than me.

I think only members of your primary species that are in your empire at the time you ascend are converted automatically. You have the option to convert other species later, via the assimilation mechanic.
To do that you go into the species rights and set their living standard to assimilation iirc. They will gradually convert into synthetics. If you prefer, then you can leave some species as organics, which depending on the circumstances might be useful. Or you can convert them all, if you prefer. When you integrate your vassals the pops will not be converted automatically, so if you want them to be synthetics you'll need to assimilate them.
Is assimilating considered as bad by other empires or the empire that im assimilating? I haven't noticed any opinion penalties due to assimilation, even from spiritualist empires.
